When does my lamp ship?
Every lamp is made to order, so it ships after it is printed.
Which photo should I send?
A clear photo with good light works best. Send the original photo if you can, not a screenshot.
May I send any photo?
Only send photos you may use.
What is in the box?
A thin printed panel with your photo, a printed frame to hold it and a light base that runs from USB.
How is the lamp powered?
The light base runs from USB.
What is the name ornament?
A printed name to go with the lamp. Add it for R149.
What do two lamps cost?
Two lamps are R1,099, which saves R199. Delivery is included.
Can I return my lamp?
Each lamp is made to order from your own photo, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we put it right.
