Questions
Good to know before you order.
Is delivery included?
Yes. Delivery is included in the price.
When does my lamp ship?
Every lamp is made to order, so it ships after it is printed.
Which photo should I send?
A clear photo with good light works best. Only send photos you may use.
Can I return my lamp?
Each lamp is made to order from your own photo, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we put it right.
